Great vacuum for a great price. Delighted!
Vacuum works incredibly well, especially on years worth of cat hair accumulation on the rugs and furniture at my partner's home. The variety of tools makes it easy to get into a variety of spaces - I even use it for dusting, to a degree. Emptying it is easy and it's quiet, especially given the amount of power it has.

Needed new battery right away
This is a refurbished vacuum. The battery needed replacing right out of the box and Dyson customer service was excellent about taking care of that. We are still waiting for the new battery as of last Tuesday. I’m expecting it will work as expected once we have the new battery.

ultra-convenient and adaptable
lightweight and very easy to use. has all kinds of attachments that are well crafted. haven't run the battery down yet to see how it does with longer run time, but it is so easy to use I find I'm doing a little here and a little there since i don't have to drag out the vacuum as in the past.

Perfect vacuum, lightweight, powerful, easy to empty, and the battery last a long time. I vacuumed our furniture and could believe the amount of pet hair it picked up. This after I had just vacuumed them with another vacuum. Highly recommended.
