If unfortunately you have received a damaged or faulty item we will be happy to resolve this issue. Just contact us by e-mail within 14 working days of receiving the item so we can investigate this issue and deal with it quickly. Upon receiving the item we will investigate it and if it is damaged or faulty then we can refund or exchange the item. If the item is discontinued you can have a refund or exchange the item. Any costs in returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
If buyer purchase the item in error, the buyer will have to cover the cost of the both postage from our side and on his behalf as well. Similarly if you provide us an incomplete address and the item is returned by Royal Mail, then the buyer will be responsible for re-postage cost. If you would like to return an item that you no longer require, please make sure that the item is in the same original condition as you received it with the original packaging, and that it has not been used. Items will be inspected for faults or damages. Please return the item within 14 working days for a full refund and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs. Where we offer free postage we will deduct our postage charges and refund the remaining amount after we deduct our postage cost. If you receive a wrong item from us then re-postage from our side will be free.
