However, there were a couple deep scratches on the back of the vita and the screen had oled burn. I contacted the seller and they were really nice and patient about the situation and offered me a partial refund. Overall, the console still works like new and the seller had amazing communication! There was just a little hiccup but I’m overall happy with my purchase :)

The packaging was very thorough to protect from any possible damage during shipping. There are no issues with the memory port or the UMD drive. The 5 free games are also working, but they are in Japanese so I cannot understand them. All in all, I would recommend this seller for any potential buyers and I might buy a PSVita from them in the future.
