Bought 3 refurbished chromebooks and they were mostly fine except for the chargers which were compatible and not mentioned in the listing. Tested 2 units and both units would not charge complaining about a low power charger!! Used a higher wattage one from another device and updated the chromebooks and strangely they started working with the compatible chargers. Have to test the third one and factory reset them just to be sure.

Perfect for web surfing
This is my 1st Chromebook and must say I'm impressed with the speed. It wakes up WAY faster than my laptop. Fast web surfing. It has amazingly long battery life. Only con of any Chromebook is lack of being able to customize it as much as I'd like. And of course some apps don't work on Chromebook or Linux. But that's what my laptop is for. This is used for shopping, email, web surfing, etc. which is what I spend 95% of my computer time doing. This model has separate number keypad which was almost a must for me. No backlit keyboard though but the price was right.

Just didn't work for me
I am an Apple Iphone user and this Chromebook is android so they did not like each other😱. Also, the camera was not working so it was returned but It appeared to be like new. I cannot really review it as I only kept it long enough to realize it was not right for me.
