This vacuum is not only lighter and easier to use than any I have used before but it is extremely quiet which is nice with a house full of cats who hate vacuum cleaners. It also has more power than the old 120V uprights I am used too I just wish the dirt containment had more volume because it fills up fairly quickly. Hopefully this will slow down as the carpet gets cleaner I am already noticing a difference in color as the deeper ground in dirt gets pulled out. That has always been one of my real dislikes with carpeting it holds in dirt and you need a carpet cleaning machine to get it out.

Had high expectations
Ok so my main issues are having to hold the trigger, No good, nope. Also no light on the front of the bottom to see the hairs, crumbs etc. I wanted to love it but I just canāt. I will say the empty pull was well designed. And it suction power weāre all good. I ended up going with the Shark vertex cordless. And so far It been perfect

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!
I could do commercials for this product. I have had 5 of them and recommend them to all my family and friends. I rescue cats and have 17 in my home at any 1 time. This stick vacuum picks up litter, cat hair, dust and anything in its path with the fluffy head. I have tile floors and use this morning and evening to keep my home tidy. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

It's A Dyson Stick - What's Not to Like?
I have three other sticks like this, this one and the others are all lightweight, easy to use and vacuum long enough even on high suction to clean a lot of space, multiple rooms. This model came with the smooth velvet head attachment which is better in my opinion than the brush bar carpet head attachment. This attachment cleans close nap rugs very well and hardwoods/tile as well. The other attachments are very useful as well. The dirt reservoir holds a lot of dirt and emptying it is a breeze. You can't go wrong with this versatile model.
