    Fits any Ford 8.8 differential

    Bought this cover for my 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. Changed the rear differential ring and pinion from a slow 2.73 to a responsive 3.73. Fit my 8.8 like a glove. I like the feature that it has a drain plug to make fluid changes a breeze.

    Worth the purchase.

    Originally wanted to purchase this cover but went with a cheaper one first. Big mistake. Cheaper cover leaked and had bad mounting bolts. Bought this one and everything mounted good and the bolts torqued just right. This cover was needed as previous owner messed up original fill plug on front of axle and this one not only had a fill plug but a drain plug so no need to remove the cover again unless the gasket leaks. Spend a few extra bucks to get this cover. Highly recommend.
