This book is a great new tool for me to use to uncover the body hidden inside the padding! It has a very motivating opening by the author, and the many exercises can be used either in the gym or at home. The pictures are great,and the directions are easy to understand. The "Four For Life" exercises are the best!!It is very well written, and perfect for every level of fitness.
Incredible work out book!
This is my second copy of this work out book for women and I believe it's the best one that I've ever seen. It has wonderful illustrations and instructions, and really is oriented totally towards women. I highly recommend it.
Good Book For beginning lifters.
The book has good pictures, but its not laid out in the simplest way nor does it provide very much difficulty.
Well i bought this book because of all the different types of strength training moves. and it shows you what your working so you will know if you are doing the exercise correctly.
