      Nice monopod but not heavy duty.

      This monopod was for a canon 80d and 300mm F/4 L lens. The monopod is rated for 8.8 pounds which the camera and lens are less than. The problem is the quick release attachment is not sturdy enough and will wobble. What I ended up doing is super gluing the attachment to the head and just screw it on the tripod mount. Works great.
