    when this item was purchased I tried change the address, but when i went to put in a different payment I did not realize the address had went back to the old address .It was shipped to that address and I went to get it and was told they did not have it which was not true, I contact the seller and they were gracious enough to send it out again.     Item arrived nearly 13 days later after sitting stationary for 4 days. Tried to reach out to seller regarding the package condition and to hopefully be provided a solution. Item arrived damaged and their solution was “return it and they’ll just claim the insurance, instead of providing some other solution considering I spent 20 bucks on the item it’s now only 9.99. The entire experience was not great and I should have bought somewhere else. Awful customer service.
