    Looking for Deerfield 99/44 magazine.

    This was a birthday gift for my nephew. He had previously tried to buy a Deerfield 99/44 spare mag; but all he saw were Ruger 77/44 mag. No one could tell him if this mag was interchangeable with the 99/44 Deerfield mag. The item I purchased stated Ruger77/44,Deerfield 99/44 New/old stock Exactly what I wanted, thank you!     Don't buy a Ruger 77/44 and you won't have this problem.

    Won't work with fully loaded.Ruger needs to go back on the drawing board on this one. I can only load two rounds in it or the top round will jam into the magazine feed ramp.The magazine that came with the rifle does the same thing.
