    I asked the seller to help me arrange less expensive shipping as it was $40 for 3 drapery panels. She was difficult and not helpful and berated me for continuing to ask for help despite not helping me at all. In the end she told me to do it myself. I was respectful and polite, but her demeanor just escalated. In the end she cancelled my sale and said there was a problem with my shipping address, which was a lie. I contacted eBay and made a report. As a reputable eBayer this was unbelievable.

    She Insisted on cheaper shipping for 10lb drapes that are barkcloth, very large/heavy. Buyer insisted that they would fit in a flat rate USPS box, they will not. Buyer was a bully when I gave them other options for shipping, she thought they were too expensive. I looked up 2 other ways for shipping, she did not like them, I then told her she could look it up herself. I even offered to refund any overage and she did not agree. I cancelled the sale for my safety and blocked her. I reported her.
