The hinge was broken in the mail, the broken piece was inside the package. That's OK, I have some extra CD cases for replacement.     The product was described and Brand New and Sealed, but when I received the DVD, I discovered that under the shrink wrap, both the case and disc were very damaged (not sure how that can happen, but it did).
