But I have to say mines did not arrive broken infact I couldn't even get the bubble wrap they used off without a knife! Im very satisfied! Appearance wise it look very nice as well it looks brand new it also came with a carry case which I found nice! Lastly quality is top notch couldn't even tell it was refurbished. Will order from this company again if I ever need a new laptop!❤️

Plus, I spoke to Acer & they say that they do not have an Evay store & this company does not represent Acer at all. Stay away and avoid the headache & lies that they make up to ship items.
