No tracking number was provided, just a non-working link. I live in a remote area and travel alot so have to plan to be here for deliveries. Package sat in rain for 28 hours because I didn't have tracking. Wouldn't order from this company for this reason again whether I like product or not.

The seller's communication was the best I've had on this app. I got updates when it was shipped, when the delivery schedule got hastened, and when the package arrived. The ebay app only notified me when the package was shipped (and still says it has yet to arrive). At each step someone checked if I had questions or concerns. If I need something and they're selling it at a generally competitive price, I'm buying from them for the good service

It confused me at first because it arrived in an Amazon box, made me wonder if I had ordered one from Ebay and one from Amazon and had just forgotten. Received communication from the seller saying it had shipped the day after I had already received the product, explained that it would be delivered by Amazon. I'll get over it, will not hesitate to buy from this seller again!
