I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    Dolan-Jenner makes high-quality and reliable light sources and related products (e.g., fiber-optic light guides, illuminators, stands, etc.) for optical microscopy and other applications where a stable, intense, and variable source of light is required. I have two (2) and highly recommend same. Their Customer Support is also first rate!
