    You have to try using this sinus rinse 1 time. With warm water. Best to do in shower after sinus cavities are moist. i use after yard work, High pollen days, home improvements, after using chemicals in yard, home, or anywhere. Anytime you feel stuffy, pressure, or headache coming on. Has improved my health issues. A add to my daily routine.
