Luckily that was not the case and it came within the allotted time. It was packed in a simple bubble wrap 5”x3” packing envelope, and the CPU was in a plastic OEM carrier. The CPU appeared clean and new, but concerned about the Mandarin language markings, which I assume are quality control. I cannot say anything about its operation or longevity since I have not installed it yet. I will update this review

The board looks brand new (listed as open box) and arrived securely wrapped and protected in an aftermarket box. This is a solid board at a great price even though you can't overclock on it. I plugged everything in and it just worked. Already had the latest BIOS for the board installed (as advertised) as well. Truly a plug and play experience. I will definitely deal with this vendor again! Thank you for the smooth experience!
