The watch is beautiful. No scratches, no debris. It works and it came in a citizen box (different box than the retail box but nevertheless still from the citizen brand). I wasn’t sure what refurbished exactly means but the watch I received seems like brand new, there are no traces of it being used/tested and/or returned. Shipping was fast and free. Great deal, beautiful watch.
