Good quality results
I much prefer the older style which allowed me to simply fill the water tank, then brew any size cup or pot. With this new pot, I have to fill the water tank with each brew and with the amount of coffee; cup, travel mug, 1/2 pot or full pot. Also, the hot plate did not operate unless you program a 1/2 or full pot. Insulated plastic cups could be used. Altogether a much better way to go. The pot does work well without spillage during pouring

I love It!
this is a great machine as all ninja products are. it is very easy to use and makes great coffee. my husband has a bunn and i would take this machine over the bunn model that he has because this one has a timer where the bunn does not. This one has a removeable tank and the bunn don't and that is great, no spilling. it also has a filter , the bunn uses paper filters, it is cheaper and the only thing bunn has on it is, the bunn makes cofffee faster but not much and the ninja makes hoter coffee with auto shut off along with other settings as well. I love it!

very good
great coffee brewer. not a fast brew, it saturates the grounds and brews slower by design, drawing more flavor into the brewed pot. As with everything in life, some people want everything as fast as they can get it and that sacrifices the quality of the finished product, others prefer a finer result and are willing to take the little extra time to get the quality they desire. I personally have always been with the latter personalities and this brewer fits the bill.

Pretty good coffee
Good coffee. Better on rich setting. Keep warm function is a little too warm. Water reservoir and carafe are side by side which made it wider than I expected.
