    I'm sorry this happened. The sold notification from eBay got lost in my email and I didn't know it sold until I received notification that you had contacted eBay and they were issuing a refund. If you had contacted me directly, I would definitely have caught my error and shipped you the item immediately. Once I got notification it was out of my hands. Again I'm sorry for the oversight, but I would have appreciated the chance to make my initial mistake right by you.
