    The phone that I received was in good shape and looked very good. Unfortunately it was not a Canadian model as what was advertised. However, although I couldn't use it and had to return it, the seller was very cooperative and did offer me alternative solutions including a full refund. Shipping was very quick and communication with the buyer was very good. I would deal with the seller again but would expect to get the exact model that was advertised.
