    I’ve purchased thousands of item on eBay over the past 25 years and this was my worst transaction ever. It’s only neutral because they refunded my money . Item was late. There was one creative excuse after another as to what they hadn’t shipped. Eventually I got a box with the wrong items. First it was a mistake, then eventually I was told someone in their warehouse had sold them to someone else and they didn’t have anymore which was interesting since they had another lot of the hats listed.
