While it was not an exact match to what I took off, it was comparable and worked, maybe about a quarter inch shorter than the original, doesn’t affect the door at all and fixed the loud noise caused by the broken bushing as seen on the original and the pictures below. Recommended for anyone that hears a periodic, loud, cracking noise when rolling down the window on a 2008 Toyota Highlander. Part is universal to both left and right side
