It says swiss tungsten, written in gold inside. We love them! I got the 4mm band with and my husband got the 6. It does seem a little smaller than my other tungsten 6.5, they're supposed to be the same size. I'm gonna order a 7 and get my husband an 11.5 if they have it. These are beautiful rings and for the price of you lose them it's no big deal to replace.
