Boxes in the package arrived smashed but the filters were luckily undamaged. Seller shipped item quickly but USPS San Francisco messed it all up as usual. I’ve had 3 other packages this month take 3 weeks to arrive because they ended up at USPS San Francisco then disappeared from tracking for over a week. I purchased 5 filters for my Toyota Prius. The filters are not like most in that they do not have a metal case. One small issue was that they were mailed in a soft sided envelope and a couple were "squished" a bit in the mail. Upon initial inspection, it appears filters survived, but providing input here for seller's reference.
