Four wheels arrived 7/29 with one having a shipping "blemish" (see photo) on the inner rim. Photos were taken, emailed to support, followed by a phone call. Support immediately shipped out a replacement and emailed a return shipping label for the damaged rim that was returned the same day. The replacement arrived 8/1. That's fast.
