Place a small amount 1 tablespoons of the chemical in a shot glass. Apply quickly all over your face set a timer for 5 minutes. While you wait 5 minutes put ice cold water in a bowl 3 cups to a quarter cup of baking soda. Rinse your face first with cold water and then apply the mixture to your face and let it sit for 2 minutes rinse again with cold water make.
