In addition the box was clearly previously opened as the seal was broken and there was remnants of some tape holding it closed. The actual insoles appear to be in unused condition. The seller took a few days before shipping out the item. I clearly stated that the box was damaged and that the insoles are brand new. The photos clearly showed the box opened with the insoles removed from the packaging. These insoles were already sold well below retail value. Unless the box was intended for collectible grading, there is no valid reason for a complaint. Additionally, the item was delivered within the promised timeframe of five business days.
