    great for folk music.

    I use these on my Takamine G series Jumbo bodied Acoustic electric both 6 and 12 strings. I get a ton of mid-range and bass and substitute .015 for 2nd (B) and .012 for first (E) strings so the treble isn't so brassy. It works terrific for the contemporary church music I play both with and without an amp.
