And i think the monitor handle are bad but maybe it’s just from the model not because it’s used.

Package still had plastic around the outside that you had to peel off and seemed like it was a new condition even though it was refurbished. Item installed easy and looks great being used for a computer as well as a display for my Xbox. They refused to ship my item & made up lies on why they refused to ship it. I bought it on December 1st, 2025 and it is now December 5th and they still refuse to ship it. Plus, I spoke to Acer & they say that they do not have an Evay store & this company does not represent Acer at all. Stay away and avoid the headache & lies that they make up to ship items.
