While this isn't intended for demolition or major concrete work, it excels at bridging the gap in power between a traditional rotary hammer and a cordless hammer drill. Excellent and fast for predrilled holes for wedge and Tapcon-style anchors. Light enough to hang from your belt and operate one handed or overhead.
