I made contact about the product through several platforms, got a response, was told another one was in the mail. Waited another week to get tracking number and shipping information. No response, waited the three weeks for replacement. Ultimately bought another hat to cover shipping. Was told tracking number was otw. That’s a week ago. 100$ for 1 hat.
