    Quick, Crispy and Healthy

    I love this crisper tray, I use it to make mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, pierogies, ravioli, french fries, onion rings, buffalo wings and many, many more appetizers and meals. If it can be deep fried or baked then you may be able to use the Gotham Steel Copper Crisper to cook it without the fatty oils. It cooks very evenly, especially in a convection oven and the food tastes wonderful. If it's fast food for me then it is Copper Crisper food not a fast food restaurant. Also, it is extremely easy to clean up after use.

    Crisper tray

    This works okay, but it is double the clean up and the pan takes a lot of scrubbing. I don't enjoy oil fryers at all and this is as good as I will get when it comes to healthy frying.

    This crisper is well made. I have 1 smaller crisper and decided to get the larger one in order to handle my cooking. If this is the first unit you are looking at, consider two if you cook for a family.
