    Small and Easy to Take

    Love that these tablets are so small and you only need to take 1. I find it very difficult to take Glucosamine as they are always such large tablets and you usually need to take 2. Like that the ingredients differ from Glucosmine and Magnesium, These contain UC ll Collagen, Boron, Hyaluronic Acid I will continue to use this as my supplement for joint pain.

    Promotes healthy cartilage in weight bearing joints

    I had several very bad bicycle accidents when I was young, which did significant damage to my left hip. It became very painful starting in my thirties. By the time I was 60, I was taking turmeric and tart cherry, which helped tremendously with the pain, but if I tried to stand more than a couple of minutes, my hip joint locked up. It was painful to get it to release, and sometimes, my hip even wanted to collapse. I thought I'd give this a try. I took my first dose the afternoon the bottle arrived, and my hip has never locked up again! I'm taking two doses per day through the coming winter, and then I will go to one and see how that works.     Thank Goodness, as well as the people who created these drugs. There are no universal drugs, so it cannot be said that they will be effective for everyone 100%. They have saved me and are saving me to this day. I've been taking it for a number of years now. When my knees started to hurt, I didn't think it was that serious. Unfortunately, the farther away, the pain became more and more intense. A bunch of drugs have been tested. And allowed and drunk and lubricated, but if anything helped, it's only for a short time.
