SSD is wonderful and the refurbish is really well done- Only found 1 extremely minor scuff on the top outside lid. The screens colors are a bit washed out from the factory, but that is easily fixed on this model by going to the AMD graphics card settings and bumping up the contrast + saturation.

They refused to ship my item & made up lies on why they refused to ship it. I bought it on December 1st, 2025 and it is now December 5th and they still refuse to ship it. Plus, I spoke to Acer & they say that they do not have an Evay store & this company does not represent Acer at all. Stay away and avoid the headache & lies that they make up to ship items.
