They arrived fairly quick, we're well packaged, and worked perfect. If you're in edge, know you're getting what looks like new monitors at a discounted price. Monitor had lots of fingerprints and dust which, considering it was refurbed by the manufacturer and not a small business, would've been nice to have addressed before shipping - but no major imperfections. Seller used packing tape to protect edge of the screen which was a royal pain to remove. Packaged with less protection than ideal but somehow arrived undamaged. But regardless, at ~$120 it's a great value for the price.
