So am I supposed to spend a lot of time and energy for your fault? This is very funny and totally unacceptable. Was first time try eBay but should have just stayed on Amazon

The product itself is absolutely awesome, unfortunately, though it was shipped in a box without much padding and got a bit dinged up in the shipping process. But the customer service is really good and they gladly knocked off a bit of the price because of the small scratches on the screen.
