Then out of the box there are two deep scratches on the screen. Contacted acer but feels like it is just a chat robot. It was like oh we are sorry, you can return it and we will fully refund you. So am I supposed to spend a lot of time and energy for your fault? This is very funny and totally unacceptable. The product itself is absolutely awesome, unfortunately, though it was shipped in a box without much padding and got a bit dinged up in the shipping process. But the customer service is really good and they gladly knocked off a bit of the price because of the small scratches on the screen.
