They sent out a replacement pair right away. looks brand new. they look great. the price was good. I like that they give you foam tip and the silicone tips both in various sizes. I still can not get them to seat well in my ears so the quality for music is very lackluster for me as they seem to have no bass at all.

Cambridge Audio Melonania are well designed, high quality bullet shaped buds that fit in either ear, allowing me to use either one. Most single earbuds sold are very cheap and low quality. I am so happy with this purchase, that I am considering buying a second pair! I had my earbuds paired within a minute of unboxing.
