    I had a terrible experience with this company. On eBay, they listed a set of five different-sized curettes as non-returnable. However, they sent three small-sized curettes of different types and two identical ones. They refused to accept a return and eventually stopped responding to eBay communications. You may face serious issues with returns, especially since the delivered item doesn’t match the description. also, the packaging was terrible.

    Unfortunately virtuouscircle2008 never responded to my replies. I offered to send him the correct items but I heard nothing back. It seems like he made an error while purchasing , he had originally emailed me after I shipped the items hoping to cancel. So I believe he created an opportunity to return the items despite me asking for clarification

    The items that arrived were not the ones pictured. Their size were wrong and the introducer did not fit snugly into the port!! The ports were 12mm and the introducers 10mm!! In the listing photos this was not an issue and they seemed to match/fit as intended!! Contacted the seller about it and got no response!
