Slow shipping, inferior replacement cable. I purchased your product mainly because you stole mine. Everything down to the instructions, your video, and listing description was a complete rip-off of mine. This person is not a Z enthusiast, and has no clue on how to support it except for what they copied from mine after years of helping firsthand. Now that I have received my order it's obvious that he purchased my product under a different account, ripped off everything, and then returned it.
