    Very helpful product

    I seemed to have been living on cupcakes and doughnuts. Not good for my health or waistline. Since I started using these Turmeric capsules, I no longer crave sweets. My diet is much healthier now. So is my weight. I really rely on these and the price is better than diet pills.

    In this case the this is the best deal for me.

    I was on a walker 5 years ago from back and hp pain and arthritis in both hands, I was told about turmeric a man that was older than I was that was walking without pain. That was when I started researching the different brands and found the Puritans Pride to be the best . I am now 77 and have been off the walker and arthritis meds for 4 years.

    Good stuff !!!

    A friend recommended this brand of tumeric after hearing me complain of shoulder pain for over a year.I'm skeptical of over the counter cures but the alternatives weren't sounding good. It took about a month or so to start working, but I'm happy to report I've been pain free for a year and 3 months now. I had researched a little on the internet and had the impression that only the expensive brands work.....I'm telling you now that it's just not the case.
