Real flexible, perfect for dust collection.
This light weight hose is very flexible, and is capable of making tight U turns if necessary. But I would limit its use to only very low pressure/unobstructed use. In my obscure environment, pressures as low as 1.5 psi, will blow-out the .025" thick plastic if flow is obstructed. In a vacuum of equal pressure, it will collapse and pull off of fittings if not adequately clamped. Outside this somewhat extreme environment, I see this hose performing to expectations, in a dust control setting. With the caveat of concern over puncture resistance, at a wood shop for instance. Despite my experience, I have rated this product on price, flexibility, and intended use. With caution for puncture resistance. It's tolerance to heat or cold is also an unknown.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best flex hose I have found.
I normally use galvanized pipe throughout my dust collection system. But, when I connect to a machine that is subject to being shifted I use a short piece of flex near the machine. This hose fit my application perfectly. Unlike the stiff, black hose I have used in the past this hose is highly flexible but also keeps its shape.
