    A terrible experience that has left me out of pocket. I bought the item at their buy it now price, then around six hours later they cancelled saying it was out of stock or damaged. I had already bought two lots of spares and tried many times to contact them to find out what was happening, but no reply. I spoke with customer services and they prompted them that they needed to communicate, but still just silence. It was too late to cancel one of my spare parts orders. Shockingly bad.
