However, I spoke to the seller who immediately responded with apologies and refunded me for half the money. I was given the option to return it for a full refund, or keep it at half price. I agreed to keep it because the piece is beautiful. The seller kept true to their word and promptly returned half of my money. I would definitely buy from them again.
