    First of all, I picked the seller because of his ratings. The pictures in this review will show the condition of which the item arrived. So I contacted him to find out why he would ship a delicate electronic piece of equipment without putting it into another box to keep it safe. His excuse was, I didn’t know it was a gift. Also, he asked me. What can I do to make it right and I said the least you could do is refund the shipping cost $12 and change. To date I have not heard back from him.
