Other than that, the phone looks and works great for the price. The seller was easy to communicate, even if not the clearest at times with their item descriptions. The delivery package was okay, but not great since the phone still had space to move around during shipping. Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars, but since that's not an option I'm giving it 5.

Had a screen in excellent, perfect, condition (the sides of the device were scuffed though). The other had some very big scuffs and scratches right in the center of the screen. I used it as a trade in for an S24+ and it was accepted so even Samsung considers that acceptable condition but I normally would never buy a phone with such scuffs right in the center. Maybe OK if on an edge but not center. I'd have probably graded that one fair, not good.
