Fast shipping & responded right away when I ask how soon I could get the cage. BUT Got it in today DAMAGED and now seller will not respond to messages. cage listing say .4 inch gap but behind doors is larger Gap And it is damaged in sevral places! So badly some bar almost broken off. I can not use this cage for my sugar glider I got it for. NOT for small animals like gliders or mice like listing says! Just a few issues pictured below . Box was not damaged so was packaged this way!

Good communication from seller . I ordered on March 27 arrived April 1st- fast shipping. I was so excited about getting this new cage since it has various tiers easy to clean for my Robin bird who was with me for 7 years.She was healthy but unexpectedly died on Easter Sunday March 31st . So devastating my heart broken going through the grief The box is very heavy but I haven’t open it .I am sure it is a sturdy beautiful cage. I do appreciate the seller I highly recommend it.

I purchased 3 of these cages (one at a time) and had one arrive with a damaged door but found the seller willing to ship a replacement so ++ on customer service and satisfaction. They go together like most ages made in asia (poor assembly guide ) but the finished cages are much better than the ones that they replace here. I also bought these because spare bowl sets are available. This is an ok deal but I don't like the shipping price. But then again here in CA that arrive fast. Recommended!
