Laptops can be shipped by air internationally if the battery is internal, this was. Seller must have labeled the package wrong as the shipper would not ship. It took from the time I ordered 6 days for the shipper to turn it around and notify of the problem. it then took 18 days to get a refund. Seller only response was contact ebay and ebay's was contact seller. Very poor communications. I would not buy from this seller again because of the poor communications.
