They promptly refunded my money and apologized for the mix up in shipping even though it was not their fault. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. I only wish it came in a hat box. It is shipped in a plastic bag and double (thin) regular boxes not a hat box for storing it in.
